マグロの切り身に、すりおろした長いも（山いも）をかけた料理を
「山かけ」（または、いもかけ）と呼びます。
ツルッとのどごしがよくなり、
まぐろの他にも豆腐や納豆とも相性抜群です。
好みで薬味をプラスしてもいいですね。
お醤油をかけて食べます。

A dish of tuna fillet topped with grated yam is called yamakake (or imokake).
It is a great combination with tofu and natto (fermented soybeans) as well as tuna.
You can also add condiments to taste.
Drizzle soy sauce over the dish.
