マグロの切り身に、すりおろした長いもをかけた料理を「山かけ」と呼びます。お醤油をかけて食べます。A dish of tuna fillet topped with grated yam is called yamakake (or imokake). You can also add condiments to taste. Drizzle soy sauce over the dish.
